Natural Classic Henna Treatment Wax

Intense hair treatments can do wonders for your locks and they have so many ingredients ranging from vitamin E, Shea butter, argon oil, olive oil and last but not least henna. Lush do henna blocks that can dye your hair and give your locks a moisture surge, as it feels so nice after. Henna wax has always been a favourite of mine, since I had bright white blonde hair!
Surprisingly my white hair was in great condition and people used to always ask me why I had escaped the frizzy perils of the peroxide, and my reply would always be "I condition it with henna wax", soon the place that I always bought my trusty bath time conditioning companion was sold out, I really should have kept my mouth shut.
Then travelling to university I couldn't find it, no way, no how.
It's just now I've been able to get my mitts on it, and I am brunette. My hair is in ok condition, it's not as healthy as it was when I was blonde, which is not the norm, and I don't straighten it as much as I did when was a commander of the bleach army.

A massive Tub of this stuff will last you over a quarter of a year

The colourless formula so you don't have to worry about colour changes
I have tried Argan oil, and also Shea butter extracts, and honestly I have never achieved the same results as I have with this. HOLY GRAIL PRODUCT, I beg you to try it, and tell me what you think.
Just don't buy if from the store I get it from, they only have enough stock for me.
Its also available at amazon here at the cheap price of £2.40 and on ebay it is just for £1.99 but bodycare is the price smasher at 99p.
The ingredients are as followsaqua, cetearyl alcohol, sodium lauryl sulfate, methylparaben  lawsonia inermis (the henna plant), parfum, propylparaben  citric acid, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, magnesium chloride and magnesium nitrate.
Now if you can see the baddies in this formula straight away it has the SLS and parabens and alcohol which are not very nourishing properties but I assure you that this conditioner is the best thing since lipgloss. The reason I understand that this conditioner has no colour is because of the SLS as everyone knows that salt draws out colour, which is why salt is white.
I have thick but dry and frizzy hair so this does wonders for smoothing it out and making my tresses look polished, I recommend it to anyone with thick damaged hair like me, however when I was blonde I had thinner hair, so I also recommend it for people with normal thickness bleached hair or over processed hair.
Its just wonderful.

What I do with it
This tub will last forever, you only need to do it once a week, or once a fortnight when your hair is in good condition, I like to leave it in my hair overnight and wrap cling film around my head for a deep conditioning treatment, wake up have a shower and hair is like a shiny, thick, strong waterfall of lustrous locks.
As its wax, the product is hard to work with so make sure you're really working it into your hair with really hot water, and massage it in and work in a downward motion then back to the top to massage the roots.
Cannot rave about this product enough. One thing I will mention is that you have to rinse thoroughly as with any conditioner, I have noticed with this product particularly it leave the hair solid and heavy if not rinsed out enough.

I would love to know if any of you gorgeous lot have tried this treatment, tell me what you think good or bad,  I love negative reviews as much as positive reviews, thank you for stopping by and reading. Peace out. Ta Ta

  1. Thanks for the recommendation! I need to sort my hair out - with holidays coming up, the sun and sea salt drying it out, I will be in major need. Love the new blog look too x
